The KaziBantu project is a specially tailored school-based
intervention programme aimed at consolidating the practice of physical
education and ensuring the physical literacy and healthy active living
of school children and teachers.
The KaziBantu Project (Kazi – active, Bantu – people: KaziBantu – Active People) is dedicated to creating long-lasting positive
changes in health, and to providing opportunities for physical
activity, by implementing a multi-faceted approach to address the health
problems faced within disadvantaged settings in low- and middle-income
